Carl Sandburg was a famous author and a poet in the twentieth century. Visitors are now able to the beauty and serenity of the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site. Visitors are able to tour the Home, hike on over many miles of trails, play on the farm with the dairy goats, and more. Most people will spend about two hours at "Connemara."
